Opis
The 1000 Miglia will return in 2026 with its 44th edition of the historic re-enactment, confirming the five-day race format and a “figure eight” route that recalls that of the first editions of the speed race.
From 9 to 13 June 2026 over 400 classic cars will embark on a journey through breathtaking landscapes, cities of art, mountain passes and UNESCO World Heritage sites.
Program
Tuesday 9 June – Brescia → Padua: Late-morning departure from Brescia; route via Trompia Valley, Gobbia Valley, Lumezzane, Cavallo Pass, Sabbia Valley, along Lake Garda, through Vicenza, finish in Padua.
Wednesday 10 June – Padua → Montecatini Terme: Westward route via Ferrara, Modena, Reggio Emilia, crossing the Abetone Pass, finish in Montecatini Terme.
Thursday 11 June – Montecatini Terme → Rome: Passage through Versilia and Pietrasanta; lunch in Piazza del Campo (Siena); continue via Lake Bolsena and Lake Vico, arriving in Rome (traditional turning point).
Friday 12 June – Rome → Rimini: Northbound leg through Assisi (on the 800th anniversary of St Francis's death), lunch in Gubbio, passage through the Furlo Gorge, finish in Rimini on the Adriatic coast.
Saturday 13 June – Rimini → Brescia: Route via the salt pans of Cervia and Comacchio, through Ferrara, stop in Mantua, finish on Viale Venezia in Brescia.
